Howz going ?

As you all know, that we had a meet on 18 April 2005, of KV VSN Ex-Student
in Nagpur And the agenda was: *Re-Union Plan in June and Dec
2005.*

We figure out some key points in the meet, which we would like to share with
you all.

1. *Formation of Association*
1. We decided to form a *KV VSN Alumni Club *under which we
will perform our activities.
2. The formation should complete on / before 28 April 2005.
Currently, this will be a temporary body. We will have a
permanent body at later stage.
3. There will be school involvement also.
4. We would like, that interested members kindly come forward
for this formation and support us in this noble cause.

2. *Visit to School *(10-12 Members will be going)**
1. After the formation of body, we will be *visiting the school
in 1^st week of Ma*y,

i. To get the database of students, of each class and section.
ii. By which we can further call them, (we are sure to get 98% WRONG
addresses, we request you all to come forward to find and share the
information of your lost batchmates.) iii. For seeking the permission for
doing the *Alumni, Reunion Meet *in School.( June and Dec 2005).

3. *Information Collection*
1. Right now we are collecting the information, via on phone
calling each and every person across the country as well as
sending emails.
2. There is a *website registration form* also available on
http://www.kvvsn.com , to collect
the details.
3. In near future, we will have *Member Ship Form* to collect
the details, available on the website
http://www.kvvsn.com/downloads/ , which one had to send us
electronic document (we will take print out here) or paper
document to our collection center in Nagpur along with
membership fee deposited to Bank A/c or Demand Draft. The
address is mentioned in the form itself.
4. Kindly *fill all the details* in the form, like Name,
Contact Number, Email Address and Postal Information, so
that we can be in touch with you.
5. Need Support to form a Committee for Information Collection
and maintenance.
6. *Info. Collection* is on going process and *will start from
May 1, 2005*, and we have to complete as many as before May
15, 2005. It's a very short span of time. YES, and we are
sure, friends will help us in collecting the details.

4. *Member Ship Fee*
1. We all know, there is some cost associated to every such
effort. We put forward the yearly member ship fees for this.
2. The amount is yet not decided, we would like that you
participate in the poll at

give your valuable suggestion
3. The above amount will be used by the association (if needed)
like collection of information, invitations, greetings (via
post), phone calls, advertisements, press and news release,
4. Another cost will be for Alumni Meet in June or Dec 2005,
which will per person, and depends on total cost.

The amount is yet not decided. We will let you know at later stage.

5. *June Program Details (Preliminary Stage, Suggestions Needed)*
1. *Probable Dates are 26 June or 3 July Sundays*, (as per
availability at school)
2. 1 Day Eve Program between 5.30 - 9 PM followed by dinner
3. *Inaugural day for the Alumni Club*
4. More towards Nagpur, local level to be in touch with other.
5. *400 + Students and 150 + Teacher* are in Nagpur likely to
come with family.
6. Gathering and sharing of experience
7. Musical Program by Friends
8. Games
9. Etc. etc. etc. lots more to come. *Looking for Suggestions*

6. *Dec 2005, Program Details*
1. Probable *Dates are 24, 25 and 26 December 2005*
2. *2-3 Full Day Program *
3. The Dates, as we have Holidays across the global, so every
one can come and meet there friends.
4. *1600 + Students and 200 + Teacher *are expected from 1972 -
2005 pass out with family. We are sure; you will find some
of your lost best friends in the club.
5. Gathering and sharing of experiences
6. Musical Program by Friends
7. Games
8. Etc. etc. etc. lots more to come. *Looking for Suggestions*
