Let me give one more try.
I wont reply to Ankush directly as that would make a two way communication
and wont help the group in any way.
I also want to keep the mail a bit formal so that the message is clear.

I am not trying to be a critic here.
Few years back I read the famous quote "Critics are those who cannot
create". After that I always refrain myself from criticizing anybody :)

My last mail contain just my views of builing an association or
organization. I have used these principles in builing my career and I know
they worked for me. So whatever I have been trying I put is as my views to
others. Offcourse I cannot ask Prachait to do what I am saying. I can always
express my views and I have every right to do it.
Ankush too has the right.

The fact that somebody is putting efforts can be observed by the mails
posted on the group by Prachait.

I personally can't appreciate giving a formal strcuture to KV group even
before we start doing anything.

If I want to do anything I will just go and do it. If I want to teach slum
children I would just go and do it. Why do I need to form an NGO and then
register it with the government and then go to a slum to do my things.

If at all KVVSN association should come up and the objective of that
association is the same as that mentioned in one WORD documnet posted on the
group, then we definetly need lot of money ( the document talks of giving
loan to individuals for higher studies). One can attarct money only by doing
good work. But some work need money.

But this has to begin somewhere and I feel that it has to begin with work.
Thats all my last mail said, rather than putting ones effort in giving
formal structure to this association, we if can think of doing some
elementary things for the school this will not only build our and moderators
confidence but also give us an estimate of the actual work involved. Later
if you think that a formal structure and lots of money is really needed then
only go for it.

Ones you do good work automatically you will draw money.

Finally, The issue is not sensitive because money is involved, but becasue
the issue is sensitive money is involved and we are talking about the issue.
